Does it annoy you when someboy says to you "no offense"?

cause its obviously gonna offend you anyway. Even if they are telling me something that might offend me, I find it more polite without the phrase

no but its stupid cause their saying it because they will know it will offend you anyways and you obviously will take offense to it.

Not really, unless what they said was clearly meant to be offensive; i.e.: "Wow, man, you are stupid, ugly, weird, gross, and smell like unwashed underarms... no offense."

yeah stupid idiots, one time someone told me something, i almost broke out into crying and then they were like "no offence" then i started crying for real and then they're like "are you crying? are you ok?" i hate that even even more when i fall on concrete or something and people see me fall on concrete and croud around me and ask "are you ok?" f*k those people cant they see i fell? im not ok if i fell on fuking concrete. that annoys me even more. and the no offence gets me soo mad i hate it. dont you?
