No, my boss used to do it all the time. We'd be in the middle of a conversation and then all of a sudden he would just say "Hello!" It would confuse the h**l out of me until I figured out he was talking to someone on the phone. I found it kind of amusing.

I refuse to continue with what we are doing until they hang up.  There seems to be a lot of cashiers especially in fast food joints that do that.  I'll them them flat out to hang up; it's not acceptable.

It depends on the occasion, if it's business related maybe but if it's personal and the person doesn't get off the bloody thing and back to our conversation then I'm gone

I think Bluetooth's...Blueteeth???  I think they are rediculous looking.  I could see how they'd be beneficial in the car so you don't have to use your hands, but they just look stupid.
