Does it bother you that McCain's VP has added $27 million in earmarks for her town in Alaska?

I just heard this reported on the news. I can't believe she has added $27 million in earmarks in under two years for her town of only 5,469 people. To pick this person as your running mate while you are running a campaign against earmarks is beyond me.

Do you think Palin was a good choice?

Is she bad enough that you won't be able to vote for McCain?

  1. Those are reform dollars to help her to umm, reform. And family values. Not socialist?

  2. Her town received them, but since those come from the Federal government and not her local government or state government she had nothing to do with them.  If Congress is giving them to her state and she refused them then she wouldn't be doing her job in her state..../

  3. I wouldn't be able to vote for him anyway but now it's just funny

  4. Earmarks come from Congress. She is not in Congress. She is not a concern for me. I'm voting for McCain for president. His record against earmarks is stellar compared to Senators like Byrd and Kennedy.
