Does it cost anything to add songs to your I-pod from a CD??

I know it costs a little if you want to buy songs from I-Tunes but does it cost anything if you want to add music from a CD? Thanks :)

    As a previous person suggested , put the CD in the drive and rip it to your computer. You can use Itunes, or any other software.

    I'd suggest ripping the CD in MP3 format rather than Apple's native format, in order to have the most flexibility.
