Does it cost anything to take a NYS road test?

I know that you need to have had your permit for a certain # of driving hours, taken the 5 hour or class, bring the documents etc... but is there any payment necessary at the actual road test?

when you get your permit that s***s expensive, but i doubt yu gotta pay for anything once you get your permit... this is in californ-i-a though
