Does it cost money to sell something on ebay?

If i try to sell something and it doesnt sell or i dont like the price than i take it off then does it cost money to put it back on?

You are chaged 50 cents to sell something. For extra stuff you would pay more. They only charge you if someone bids or buys your item.

If it doesn't sell you can re-post it one time without cost.  If you don't like the price, don't set it too low.  You set the opening bid with the lowest price you are willing to accept.  If you pull the item because the bid did not go high enough to suit you, you will probably receive negative feedback.
