at 17 places class them as adults,you wont get childs rates or them

it depends on the hotel, there are some hotels that will give you special offers like, book 2 adults and the 2 children for free and so on, just check different places, try checking online using expedia or cheaptickets.com ..

Some hotels won't charge for kids of that age.  Go to http://www.flybymetravel.com click on hotels, pick the place, the date, and the number of adults.  Then click search.  Once that's done, go to the top and click Change Your Search at the top and enter in the number of kids and their ages.
