If problems have escalated between you and a person you work with to the extent that you  need to file a restraining order (which costs nothing), that person will likely be fired from the job. An EPO is filed when a person is a threat to your safety and well being. It's a pretty serious claim and requires some evidence on your part.

I depends on which country and which city you live in.

I know someone who would be prepared to restrain your colleague for free.

But he is a bit weird. And it would not be entirely legal. And you would need to live in South West England.

Are you both harrassing each other?  There are 2 sides to this story and he can actually accuse you of harrassment.  Sorry!
