  1. The engine oil will be below the oil pickup when the engine is started after sitting at these angles. A dry engine start is bad for any bearing surface in the engine.

  2. It shoudn't if the car is okay to begin with.

I once heard of a person who had a problem with a fuel leak when a car was parked on a steep hill.    In that case it was an old carburetted engine and the float valve in the carburetor didn't seal completely, so after a while, with the car pointed nose downhill, and the gas tank higher than the float chamber, a sizeable quantity of fuel leaked out of the carb into the intake manifold and down one or more cylinders.

Even so, unless so much fuel leaked into the cylinders and eventually down past the rings into the crankcase that it seriously diluted the oil, there wouldn't be any lasting damage.     And even if it did fill the crankcase with gasoline, if you drained it out, changed the oil and got the engine running again, it should be okay from that point on, as long was you don't routinely park on a steep hill.

  3. Nope, not unless there isn't enough ground clearence or a good enough approach angle to get on the ramp.
