Does it effect picture tube by setting contrast 30%,brightness 60%,sharpness 60%,colour 50%?

I have samsung pure flat 21 inch crt tv .i have set its picture to contrast30%,brightness60%,sharpness 60%,colour 50%.

While extremes of anything are best avoided, if the settings you have used give you a good picture thay are fine. Manufacturers don't allow settings that would damage the picture tube.

There are no absolute correct settings, the "right" settings vary from TV to TV.

To be sure you are getting the best picture possible you might want to go through the calibration provess that is built into all "THX" DVDs (e.g. Star Wars). If you connect a DVD player and play the THX Optimizer and follow the instructions it will help you calibrate your TV.
