( if it is outside ALL

the time, especially in hot whether?)

Is there a possibility that the sun can actually fry the car's engine or other parts , if you live somewhere extremely warm ? And the car is never able to be parked in a garage because of limited parking ?

  1. Well Of course parking your car indoors would help extend the life of it.... Have you ever noticed that allot of nice collector cars say  "Garage Kept" have you ever seen 70's and 80's cars that had vinyl tops that are all cracked and peeling? That's from the sun cooking the vinyl and the glue used to apply it. The sun can also make your dash crack over time, some people swear that armor all will make your dash crack if you sue it... others think if you ever use armor all then stop using it your dash will crack. Not sure about either one but I'm pretty sure the dash can crack whether or not you use armor all if left in the sun for years and years.

I have never heard of the Sun's heat frying your engine, unless your driving it in the summer with no coolant but that's a totally different thing.
