Does it get on your nerves when people talk really loud all the time?

I mean REALLY loud. My fiance is one of those people. He always talks like we are standing at opposite ends of a football field. He's not deaf or hard of hearing either, that's just the way he talks. Most of the time it doesn't bother me because I guess I'm used to it. But I kind of have sensitive ears and sometimes I just can't stand it.

My aunt did that for years but she is not so loud anymore since she is 97 years old now,

My sister and mom are so loud, I can here them coming down the street in a car with windows rolled up....when I'm in my room with my windows and storm window shut...WHILE I'M MY DREAMING.

I usually carry ear plugs with me.  When people get loud, I simply pull them out and plug up, in front of them.  If that doesn't work, then I reach for the Smith & Wesson gun range headphones to put over the ear plugs.

I also hate that, GETS ON MY LAST NERVE!!  I give the person a dirty look when it happens.

Does your boyfriend work in a loud environment or anything of the sort?? If so, your boyfriend could be suffering from temporary deafness from time to time which make him unnecessarily loud.... urge him to take action on it....because you don't want on your honeymoon, on your bridal bed, in the quiet of the evening in Hawaii to be like.... "I LOVE YOU HONEY!!!!.... "YOU ROCK MY WORLD!"....

Take action before it gets worse...It can be very annoying overtime.

I don't think a lot of people who talk loud realize that they are loud. I have a sister who is very loud and when I say something to her about it she says I wasn't talking loud. This is how I talk. So maybe he doesn't know he's being loud. Try telling him.

Yes my sister is very loud. She starts off talking loud and just gets louder and louder to the point where your like "will you quit shouting at me and lower your voice a bit please" She doesn't even realise shes talking so loud.
