No, getting your nose peirced does not hurt. What they do is they put this numbing stuff on the outside and inside of your nose. When they put the needle through all you feel is presure. Your eyes water like crazy, like tears rolling down your face but not because it hurt. It has to do with all the nerves and stuff in your nose, its a very sensitive area.
