what exactly are you trying to save by removing the roots?that's called pulling the teeth I know from experience then you get dentures or implants

Without freezing - absolutely!  You would be frozen.  You will have some minor discomfort after the freezing comes out, but the doc should give you some meds.  Good luck!

not usually. If you've got a dentist to take care of it, he'll inject a little novocaine around the tooth first, to numb it up. Novocaine is an anesthetic, so the injection will hurt a bit, but then you won't feel any pain.
