Bonjour. :] So here's the deal, I'm 15, and I normally wax my brows, now I haven't waxed them for a while, and I have a few hairs that are growing out, and it makes it look like I have a uni brow or something. x.x;; Don't want that, now, does it hurt to tweeze them? I'm not going to like tweeze them dramatically, just those few hairs, advice?

  1. not really. what I do is grab onto the hairs with my the tweezer, then squinch my eyes, then pull the hair. I don't know if it actually helps or not, but it feels like it does.  Also I'm pretty sure if you can handle waxing, you can handle tweezing.

  2. hey! im also 15 and ive been tweezing my eyebrows for years! tweezing doesnt hurt too much its more the thought that makes it seem worse then it is! always go with the direction of the hair your tweezing so you're now going against the grain! if u wanted u could try put maybe a numbing agent like bonjella on your eyebrows so it won't hurt as much!

    hope this helps xx

  3. hold an ice cube over the area that you need to tweeze. Tweeze, voila

  4. a little.

if you're just doing one that's

totally out of place and won't

mess up the others, wrinkle your

    forehead.

threading is good too, but it HURTS,

    oh geeez.

  5. not at all actually. If you can take waxing, you can take tweezing lol

  6. heck yeah it hurts but no more than wax...

  7. Yes, it's going to hurt the very first time & every time thereafter.  I have mine waxed too, but do a little tweezing between waxing appointments to avoid the unibrow thing.  Take some Tylenol or Advil about an hour or so before you do it to cut down on the inflammation/pain a little.

  8. It depends.  Some people will say it hurts like h**l; others can barely feel it.  For me, it didn't hurt much at all.  And you get used to it.

  9. i tweeze all the time. it didn't really hurt the first time either. its sort of like a little prick at first, but then it gets easier and easier

  10. not really it stings a but but its worth it!!

  11. It may hurt a little at first, but if you can take a wax, you can take a plucking. Your skin will be less sensitive to it if you do it regurally and not every once in a while when you become over bushy.
