  1. no it dont hurt lol i feed mine though my hand they love me they come up to me and swim through my hand

  2. they won't bite you. i usually hand-feed my bettas. they come and eat in my hand.

But one friend once teased his betta by holding a piece of blood worm above the water, the betta jumped out and bit his finger. it hurt him!!!

however, this was not intentional from the betta.

  3. No, it just feels like they're kinda knocking into your finger.  Their mouths are too small to cause you any danger or pain.

  4. no mine jumps outta the water at feeding time bit pinkie didnt hurt

  5. They will bite if you barely put your finger in the water. That makes it look like food floating at the top. Its nothing against you, its just hungrey. And it doesn't hurt. I jump every time my betta does it even though I know its going to happen. It just kinda suprises you. Try it and you'll know what Im talking about.

  6. No , it's just a little snip. You hardly feel it. My betta jumps at my finger all the time. It won't severely hurt you so don't worry.

  7. ....no because their tiny little teeth are to small

....they just like you and enjoy feeding time, that's all, be brave!
