Does it lessen the days of your period if you drink soda???

welllllll, because someone i know told me that when she drinks soda, it makes her period flow, increase and it makes her period days shorter..

I wish!!! I haven't noticed. I've been drinking soda all my life, and haven't noticed a difference.

i drink soda all the time and i still have 7 day periods

Hahah never been like...thought about it I drink four sodas a day...two in the mornin and two at night and my peroids are only like O.o four days holy shiiizzzz just noticed X3 might be true! X3

doesn't make a difference unless you drink a drastic amount and your body is overloaded with caffeine.

The salt in soda make me retain water. no, my period has always been 5 days.

well i know from experience..working makes you period shorter..

drinking soda is a very bad idea only because it adds on to the pain of cramps..
