Does it look like im wearing make up?

Because I dont think I does.

Im wearing mascara, eyeliner on the top smudged a little, little bit on the bottom, little bit of light blue eye shadow, lip gloss and foundation.

How should I do my make up?

it looks like you're wearing blue eye shadow,but that's about it.i think you should get wetslicks crystals,they'll make your lips shine like diamonds,or if you prefer a lip gloss that is not so sparkly,go for wetslicks fruit spritzers.they are non-stick.aplly everything you put,but a little more times and  a little bit more. i LOVE your eyes by the way

yes, you can tell your wearing makeup. if it werent for the blue eye shadow it may pass as natural with a little, liner. but nahh.

A little bit. I normally do eyeliner, mascara, foundation. If I do my eyes big then I'll only put gloss or lip balm on my lips. Or I'll do lip liner, lipstick etc and only put on some mascara.

The best makeup jobs doesnt look like you are wearing makeup just plays up your natural beauty i think it looks good except dont wear blue eye shadow bc  it looks like you have blue eyes..wearing the same color as your eyes doesnt make you eye color pop try some browns & greens
