My hubby and I have been TTC a while (18 months), well anyways this is my 2nd month of charting. I was disappointed yesterday because my temp dropped really low so I though AF was for sure on her way, but this morning it was back up to 98.2 which is really high for me. Does it look promising or am I just getting my hopes up? Any explanation for yesterday's low temp (i didn't do anything different, temp at same time etc)? Oh, I've also been having some really mild cramps...is that a bad sign? Sorry so many questions ! Thanks guys!

It looks like it was possibly the implantation dip.  If your temp stays up then it's a great indicator that you are indeed pregnant.

I know that temps usually dip during implantation which I believe occurs at 7-10 dpo.

Your temperature can dip (i cant remember what the reason is.. i know thats really unhelpful lol) and then rise again. I found out loads about it usung this website http://www.fertilityfriend.com/

i've only done a little research on carting but if i'm correct it sounds to me like you're ovulating, do your conditions back that up? if so, you need to get off the net and go BD!! GL
