Does it make a difference if I use Crest Whitestrips twice every 7 days or once every 14 days?????????????????

ok i just got crest whitening strips. it says you're supposed to use them twice a day for 7 days. but what if i used them once a day for 14 days?

would my teeth be less white if i used them for 14 days?
