Does it make a difference if you have two web accelerators? also one other thing?

(for example google web accelerator and fire accelerator?

when i use Iplayer on bbc it says i cannot view the video because it is only visible in the uk, so i don't accelerate the page and it works fine coz i am in the uk. however if i use a US web accelerator will it let me go on US only sites which have videos such as Hulu and AOL? if so which accelerator would you recommend?
