...if i "follow" or am a fan of other teams from different leagues?

First and foremost, my heart and passion will always be with Liverpool FC...and remain my devotion to the premiership.

But i also have my choice of clubs i follow or just keep a lookout for matches.. friendlies. tourneys ..etc etc..

  1. If you love your club there is no problem at all mate

  2. I'm Scottish and support Celtic in Scotland, Arsenal in England and i go to all my local teams home games - Queen of the South.

But Celtic will always be my first choice

  3. It's cool, I'm the same. I'm a die hard 'Red' but I also support AC Milan.  I admire and respect Bayern Munich and Real Madrid. But if any of them play Liverpool then I choose Liverpool of course.

  4. Distance is probably the key here.  If you were to support Everton as well, which incidentally is a better option, there would be some conflict.

Another League or country is fine.

  5. Liverpool for life yet i keep an eye on barca and inter

  6. I support Real Madrid and AS Roma in their own leagues but once it's the Champion's League and in the Premiership, it's Liverpool all the way.

  7. i can understand that your heart and passion will always be with liverpool but your mind is telling you to support some 1st class teams instead such as juventus

  8. I love my Blues but I also support Stoke City and Sydney FC, Sydney being my hometown.

I think you can appreciate the other side of the Premier League table is another league in itself.

But I wouldn't consider them clubs I have 'soft spots' for, I support them. Though the Blues are always, always No1.

  9. I think if it's in another league than you are ok. Though I have issue with people other monster clubs, like arsenal and Barca for instance. I know people have their reasons but it irks me a bit.

For instance I support Man Utd (as you already know) but in spain I like Valencia because I spent a considerable amount of time there and I think they have a rich history without the flash of "bigger clubs." In Italy (when I watch) I like Foirentina because a frtiend of mine is a big fan after studying abroad there...but it's not that serious for me. And at home I support my home team, going to see them most likely get their arses handed to them by Barcelon tonight, but I support them nonetheless.

  10. That's fine, as long as you never, ever claim to SUPPORT more than one team. I have a soft spot for other clubs like Fenerbahce, Villareal and even our Premiership rivals, Portsmouth, but of course I don't support these teams...I'm just interested in their progress. Which is fine :)
