and someone says, you're lying

and i say, "yeah, i have one, but i also have another"

does it matter?

bc we're goin to play a game in biology where we say 4 truths and one lie, and one of my truths is "i have one big toe" and if someone says that's a lie i can say, "yeah, but i also have another"

does it make sense? or should i just change it...

  1. Makes sense, but of course is open to interpretation. Do you have an appendix, I don't.

  2. Actually, you do have one big toe, but it's understood that each foot has only one big toe compared to the four little ones.  It's all in the interpretation. If you were to say, "I have two big toes, that could also be misconstrued as saying your feet each have two big toes.  For the purposes of this game, you'd be better off to name a part of the body that you only have one of, such as your heart, liver, spleen, stomach,  intestines, etc., rather than kidneys, lungs, arms, legs, feet, eyes, nostrils, etc., that all come in pairs.

  3. yeah it makes sense. it just might take some convincing of others that it does

  4. It makes perfect sense to me

  5. "I have one" can truthfully mean "I have one or more". Why is your biology teacher teaching you how to be a politician? No, that would be one truth and four lies.
