Does it make you sad that you may die...?

before you know for sure that humans are not the only beings in the universe? or for that matter, that we hardly know anything about the universe outside of our planet.

i think about it sometimes and it makes me wonder what's going to happen. is there a heaven? Is there life after death?

well everyone is going to die, it's part of life so i say just live your life to the fullest. enjoy it while it lasts. ha

When on a journey, is one sad to reach the final destination? I'm looking forward to my arrival, I just don't want to get there too soon.

I don't know if I would be sad that I don't know everything about the universe, but I would be sad that I wouldn't be able to know that my family is okay. I mean we are going to have to cross so many lines to find all the answers to the universe and I don't think I would want to be around to see how far past those lines society will go. So no I wouldn't be upset if I died before we knew more.

Every body die  - So No it doesnt make me sad, especially when  you are assured certain things. =)

I think dwelling on questions like this indicates a depressed state of mind. But having your life end without knowing why you or anything else is here would be a waste of one's lifel.
