I heard that you get more out of your walking/running workout when you do it in the morning. Is that true? I only have time at night to walk and run. Am I wasting my time or am I still getting the same outcome as if I were to run in the morning. I also cant see myself waking up really early to run around the blockk. Also, how many miles 4x a week should I walk ?And how many times a week should I run and for how long to get an outcomes?..I also heard that running gives you a flatter belly.
