does it make it less effective? Is there a reason why you have to take every pill on a specific day and not just every day?

  1. The days on the packet are just a guide to make sure you take the pills every day. If your packet says sunday and you start thursday it really doesn't matter. Some packets even have stickers with different start dates so you won't get  confused.

  2. No, not at all, it just makes it easier for yourself to keep track of if and when you've taken it, but they're all the same strength and same type and then your seven day break is just to allow your period, but even then if you don't want your period, you can carry on taking the pill, although it's not good for your body to constantly take it x

  3. The packets are just designed that way to make it less confusing. So you definately know whether or not you've taken your pill for that day. As long as you take one pill every day, there is no medical reason why you can't take Saturday's pill on Monday and vice-versa.

  4. The days on the packet just help you stay on track. So if it's Friday and you didn't take your Thursday pill, you'll see a pill left on Thursday and you'll know to take it. If you're good at remembering, you can take any pill from the pack. Doesn't matter what day it's for. As long as you take a pill every day at or around the same time, you're fine.

  5. My packets have a thing where you get to put the stickers on depending on what day you started.  As long as you take them everyday; it does not matter.
