Does it matter if you took a babysitting course?

Would someone who took a babysitting course most likely get hired over someone who didn't?

  1. Not if you have experience.  If you don't get a food handlers license around 15 bucks and a first aid certification for 20 to even the field.


  2. YES!! I took a course and  got chosen over my friend who didn't take it. Its a good idea too. They also teach you really useful stuff. Like CPR, what to do if they're being naughty, how to change a diaper, how to calm them down, and other really useful stuff. Then they give you a certificate that says you took the class so you can show it to the mother or father. Good Luck!

  3. HECK YEAH... thats a wonderful reference... Why would someone choose a non schooled person over a schooled person ?

  4. Of course it matters. It makes you, the children, and the parents feel safer. It makes you feel safer because you know what to do, it makes the children feel safer because you know what your doing, and it especially makes the parents feel safer beacause you are certified by a professional. Nothing is going to happen to their precious children.
