Yes.  The poorly informed should not be encouraged to vote.

I think many are not. You can tell by the answers here on YA that many lack the principal understanding as to why our founding fathers created America as a Constitutional Republic.

I think it largely due to the fact that our politics have been colluded for the last 100 years. Not many people alive can remember or tell others what true liberty is.
