  2. no,it doesn't matter- all states will honor the certificate of completion.

  3. Colorado honors Indiana's.......you will probably have to check with the state you are interested in .....all have websites that a search will find for you

  5. Safety rules are the same, but the Hunting Laws

    are set by the State.

    Since you'll be learning both, it's best to take the course

    where you intend to hunt.

I originally took my hunter's safety course in Pennsylvania, and had no trouble getting hunting licenses in Virginia and Maryland.  Generally, proof of going though a hunter's safety course or proof of having a hunting license from another state is enough to secure a hunting license in any state.
