  3. Yes it matters.  A Pro won't go for as much as PSA and neither will go for as much as a BGS.  It is like having an autograph with a COA from a hobby shop, PSA DNA, or UDA. The more respected the name the more seriously the grade in this case will be taken.

  4. That's a good one, it should be worth a lot. Check Ebay and see what graded mint Griffey rookies are going for. Yours may be the first card I've seen here taht's actually worth something.
