Does it mean yes or no?

A guy I fall for is a typical Taurian guy i.e. very quiet and reserved. Last time I asked him out and he told me he had someone he liked. (He's never had a relationship though) It was so hurtful so, I backed off and have not met him for almost a year. Then found out that he's been having a bad head ache so I called him to talk about the head ache. It was a 10 mins call (The longest conversation we ever made on the phone. I called him three times in 2 years since I revealed my feelings to him because I feel that he's not good in making conversation) and he ended the conversation like "I'll talk to you next time" Does it mean I can call him later or he doesn't wanna talk to me? I don't wanna mislead it. I know Taurians are slow in showing their feelings. I'm still not over him yet. Would it be possible that he likes me but wants to slow things down? I was a little bit aggressive and very emotional to him before I took a break though. I'm a Leo, btw.

Usually, when someone says "ill talk to you next time", it doesn't really mean anything.

It's more of just a way to say goodbye.

If he did want you to call him again, he would have said something else like "it was nice talking to you. maybe we can talk again soon".

But if he does want to talk to you, HE will call YOU.
