Yes it does.......but it depends in which part of Germany you are if its north it rains a lot there!!!

It's moderate. But the country's pretty big. You'd notice a difference in climate in the North and South.

It really does depend on the area you visit. I live 180 miles from my parents... they have double the rainfall I have. (official statistics... Dad told me recently, because he was upset with the rain)
