Does it rain in Cancun, Mexico during August?

I've already book the flight and hotel in cancun, mexico from August 10th to 14th, but don't know how th weather is.

Rainny season is every year from may to november. But nothing to worry about, just rain every afternoon for like half an hour.

Yes we were there last year in August and one or two days it downpoured off and on all day, but still did not dampen our trip.  

Just go with it and enjoy..........It's an adventure

well of course, theres always a chance it could rain

just make sure your packed and ready for any type of weather
