  1. Gosh, no. I pay $7.77 a month for a host. You can do it for free if you know how to do everything yourself, but hosts that do most of the work are really cheap.

  2. There are free web sites available.  Do a search, you'll find  plenty.

  3. You can also buy front page and I think it's about $85 but I'm not positive with the exact price. But you only have to pay once and it will last forever. Or at least until you want to upgrade but the newest one is from 2003. It is super easy to use it is like power point but you design a web page instead.

    I hope that helped!

  4. It depends on what kind of website you want. If you just want a simple homepage, ISPs usually include a small bit of webspace with your internet package. You could also use GeoSh*ties or Google sites. If you want a blog, Wordpress and Blogger offer free space.

If you want something a little more, or want your own custom domain, that's going to be a bit more expensive. There are some free hosts out there, but usually you still have to pay for a domain name. Those usually cost $10 or more, but that you only have to pay once a year.

If you want a full hosting package, those usually start at about $4-15 a month for basic hosting and email.

  5. no

Price depend on everything from byte transfers, to domain name registration, to file type and storage capacity...
