  1. In my opinion it should not at all.  If he loved you 30 lbs ago he SHOULD love you now.  I am sure that he has picked up a few pounds as most people do as they age.  If he cannot deal with it then move on to another caring man who can.  Love only starts as physical.  It gets staying power through hard work, caring for each other, and loving each other no matter what.  I wish you the best as you tackle this with him or without him.

  2. Depends how you gained them. If you had a baby, then no. If you spent your days eating twinkies before the computer, then certainly.

  3. Don't know about him, but it should matter to YOU.  Right?

  4. If he really loves you then it shouldn't matter to him one bit, But some men are only attracted to thin women, you know him better than we would

  5. It would depend on why you gained the weight.   For yourself, you should see an MD and find this out.   You also did not state over what period of time you gained this.   That would make a big difference.  Rapid weight gain or loss is a precursor to other health issues.  Were I your husband, that would be what concerned me.

  6. That is something you need to ask him.

I know that when I gained 30lbs, my boyfriend (now husband) didn't mind.  He actually likes me better with more meat on me.  He thought I was too skinny.

  7. only one way to know for sure

    ask

  8. It would matter to me.

Unless its because of a medical reason, I have no desire to married to a fatty.

Most people are fat because they don't care of themselves.

  9. It depends....does he still find you attractive? Does he still look at you the same as he used to?

Does he still have a strong desire to sleep with you?

Or is he more distant, less intimate, etc..?

  10. You should be asking him this not us.

But he shouldn't care. Weight or looks shouldn't affect the love that he has for you.

  11. Yes it does.  But if he's a good husband he will never tell you;)

The important thing is how the 30 pounds makes YOU feel.  If you are confident in the way you look then you will be fine.  If not, go to the gym.

  12. Er yes. He didn't go out with a fat girl so why would he be ok with it now.

  13. Probably.

  14. ask him

  15. A man should not change his opinion of his wife based on her physical appearance.  If he does, then he married her for the wrong reasons anyway.

  16. it shouldnt... but you can ask him

  17. Yeah but he most likely wont tell you. (If he has a brain)
