Does it seem like hood youth are getting shorter and shorter?

I grew up technically in the hood. Im 5' 9" and Im a female.Ive been this height since I was in 8th grade20 or so years ago.All the boys I can remember were taller than me.Now it seems I stroll through the hood and we got alot of 16 to 25 year old men who arent even 5'6" . Did anybody else notice this?

I did, but it's weird because they're either 4'5" or they're like 7' tall. maybe it's in the w*ed...

they may not be as short as u think they just insist on wearing tee shirts 8x to large so they look smaller

Now i would think that this was a ridiculous question but.......where i grew up, all the kids from our "hood" NOT one of them were more then 5'6. And im not just saying that because i hate them, i had a lot of  friends from there but theyre all short. So weird...
