Does it seem like i overreacted?

me and my boyfriend last night went to rent movies keep in mind i always pay for them and usually get the one he wants so the last few time i take him back so i asked him one time if he would take them back just this one time because i wouldn't be able to he said ok he would then all of a sudden he calls and says who's going to take these movies back and i just got irritated because he can't do a simple little thing for me and he says i need to stop being dramatic and i think i had a bit of a right to be irritated does it seem like i overreacted? he asked me for a hug and smiled about it like it was funny and i keep getting this vibe like he really doesn't care so i got the movies and walked off and now he's saying he doesn't even care u think i have a right to be upset about it?

Yeah, definitely.  He should seriously be a little more considerate.

My brother can be the same way.

If he continues to do this, try doing the same thing back and then maybe he'll get some perspective.

everytime = YOU pay the movies

everytime = YOU take the movies back

just this once = ask him to do a simple thing and he acts like its such a hassle. dont pay for his movies anymore. he's taking that for granted. i most certainly would taken them back for you. its the least he could have done since you paid for the expenses. no you did not over react.

Take the movies back.

The next 3 times he wants s*x, say no.

If he gets mad, say it's no big thing, but don't have s*x.

He'll figure it out.
