  1. In northern Scandinavia it usually snows in November and in the southern parts it might snow then too, but as the winters have been during the last years (global warming ??), you never know.

In continental Europe it´s quite possible that it might snow in November too. In the Mediterranean countries it might still be quite warm, but there the temperatures vary nowadays a lot too.Although many think it does not snow in those countries, they are not right, sure it can snow in the Mediterranean countries, not so much as in Scandinavia or continental Europe, but it sure happens!

It was not a long time ago, perhaps last year I remember hearing it was snowing in Greece, but not all in Scandinavia. I believe it was a little later than in November, though.

I just want to point out that nowadays the weather is not like it has used to be before. It´s quite obvious that the global warming influences the weather of the world more and more!

  2. Where I live here in Italy, I can often see snow in the mountains to the north and south in November, but we have very little snow near Verona through the whole winter. In late November, early December when the Christmas markets open in Trento and Bolzano, it's snowed there about half the times I've gone in the last 9 years - it's a very nice atmosphere for the market.

  3. Expect snow, beautiful scenery and museums, good food and drink + helpful people just as long as you aren't stuck-up about hearing languages you may not know exist.

  4. You're question is like asking does it snow in the US.  Of course it snows in parts of Europe like Scandanavia but not in others like the very south, i.e. Southern Spain.  It snows in the mountains like the Alps.

  5. Yes except in parts of Greece and Mediteranean in general, but you must check this. November is when a lot of rain falls everywhere in Europe.

  6. Yes it does, everywhere on the continent

  7. Well, I know in Poland it does. Thats about it. Why shouldnt it? In Russia there is still snow in the summer!

It depends where you are going. My family sends me photos of how it is in winter in Poland. Its so white and cleann and so much!

I live in NYC and theres not much so I consider it really beautiful (:

    Lucky!

    Have fun!

  8. Some parts do. So some research.

  9. Europe is a big place, north it snows, especially scotland, norway, sweden etc... northern italy, spain, germany have snow and especially slovakia, czech republic etc but not in november you are very very unlikely to come across snow in most countries at that time, and in some parts of the mediterranean it can still be in the mid 20's *C
