  2. HI,,, i was there in Feb this year,, it did not snow there, while I was there,, but it rained a lot and was very cold...remember it is surrounded by mountains....

  4. It does but rarely.  The climate in southern Italy is very temperate due to the winds off the Mediterranean Sea.
