No...nor does it surprise anyone that he has come out at the 11th hour to add his name to the presidental race. ..and never entered a dabate or spent any money.  He manages to get his face in the media free. Watch... he'll be on the ballot again!  He's the "spoiler" everytime and has been for the last 40+ years.  He's made a full time career out of promoting himself in this way.
