I would think corn the largest footprint followed closely by rice,potato and then wheat

potoatoes...and it's the Irish farmer that has the biggest footprint...you can't be serious.

It depends on how they are grown, Organic farmers use natural fertilizers and in general use about 25% less fuel to maintain crops. Where will the crop go when it's harvested, how will it be processed,etc.
