I have been into with the boss quite a bit recently & i dont have another job lined up yet to go to but im looking. Do you think it takes more guts to stay at a job when the boss says go ahead & quit you dont have to be afraid to? He is a picky person & everything i do is wrong even though he doesnt take the time to tell me what he needs done & im not a mind reader & i dont remember the things i only do once a year. Im tired of his bitching every time i do something.

  1. More Strength.

Hang in there ,till you find another Job.

  2. Your are smart to go looking for another job.

Your boss has the "Never Satisfied" program.

These people are IMPOSSIBLE to work for since no matter what you do or how hard you work they will never be satisfied with your performance.

It does NOT take more strenght to stay at a job when the boss says go ahead & quit if you want to. But it does show you're smarter than the average person for sticking it out when you DON'T have another job to go to (yet)

    You will however.

P.S. Next time you see a "Never Satisfied" program running in your boss RUN LIKE h**l!
