then go to a mall and get the drawing printed on to a shirt

can it happen

will the quality be good?

It could work, also FedEx Kinko's can print it on a shirt for you.

Not really. The quality would be really bad and also the drawings that you see on t-shirts have to be drawn in a special way with harder, thicker lines. Most of the designs are drawn on paper then scanned into a computer and edited to make them easier to print. It wouldn't look very good but you could try...
