i havn't seen anything specifically saying jagermeister causes cancer, but its full of secret herbs and spices, so POSSIBLY 1 or 2 of those might be cancer-causing, but because its all a secret, and at least in the US, the alcohol companies don't have to list ingredients, we arn't going to know.

Jagermeister just like most harder liqours will cause many diseases, including liver disease if you overconsume, but i haven't ever seen a specific liqour=cancer fact.

If you were to believe everything the government tells you about things that cause cancer..... you'd die of a heart attack. According to these studies, EVERYTHING causes cancer. Just drink it and enjoy it. If you die from it, at least you'll die happy, right?
