You may want to look into a company like Bongo International http://www.BongoUS.com .  They will set you up with your own US address so that you can make purchases from any US based online store like JCPenny…even if they don’t ship internationally.  Have the goods shipped to Bongo’s warehouse and they will consolidate all your orders and have them shipped to your door as one shipment.  You can save hundreds of dollars.  If you find a company that doesn’t take international credit cards, they will make the purchase for you for a small fee.

many places in US do NOT ship to canada due to hassles with border and customs fees and taxes and all that. so what you gotta do is either

a) go to the jcpenny website and go to FAQ section or to the shipping/handling section or live help or email/contact them and ask them if they ship to canada or not,

b) if they dont, you gotta do what i did,buy the merchandise, but for the mailing/shipping address fill in a buddies address that lives in the states,. then when it gets to your friend, have him/her ship it to you. thats what i have to do.
