Hi, today my husband and I were testing his new car which is manual. He jerks the car or the car stops when he initiate causing strong jerks something. I was wondering if my 9 week old unborn baby would be ok since it happened like 10 times. only 4 of them were strong jerks. But I am still a bit worried.

  1. NO, IT SHOULDN HURT THE BABY,  BUT YOU SHOULD HURT UR HUBBIE LOL

  2. No, it won't hurt the baby. Baby is safe and secure in many layers and plenty of water to absorb a bumpy ride at the least. If you are uneasy though go in for an early check up with your OB/GYN it never hurts to be on the safe side or at least put your mind at easy.

  3. Your baby is very well protected by your womb and water. The jerks of a car should not affect him or her. The main risk is the placenta coming away, but you would have felt pain by now if that was happening. If you are really worried, contact your dr for some reassurance
