  1. Sure.

But you need to jump site to site at least 300 times a day on a regular basis.

  2. If you wanna jump higher, try wall jump. Stand next to a wall and jump as high and as fast as you can for a minite or two.  Eventually, you will jump higher.

  3. plyometrics are effective in improving your jump but you have to do more than just side to side.  Try jumping on high benches or boxes at the gym.  Also, wearing ankle weights can help strengthen those ankles and calves you need to be explosive.  Also, stay off your heels...they don't bounce.  Remember, the fastest you are off the ground, the more explosive the jump will be.  Good luck!

  4. YES.!!!

  5. well its wud prob increase muscle in ur legs..but i think jump rope is better cuz it build muscle in ur legs to jump higher and also it helps with agility

  6. it does work a bit...but the key to jumping higher is building up your thighs and hamstrings, you can do this by squats and wall sits!

  7. It does help, but a actual work out plan really helps. Look for Plyometric workouts, or if you want I can get the program I am on. It's called Air Alert, and can improve you verticle 12-18 inches over the course of the program. Many NFL, CFL, Basketball, hockey players are on this program to help increase speed, verticle and endurance in their legs.
