About 2 years ago an intruder broke into my home with a knife and...you can probably guess the rest. I felt my life and my family's was in dangers so i shot the man and he died of his injury's. The police said its "justifiable homicide" an that i would no go to jail or anything like that. My prev. employer knew about the incident and let me keep my job, I'm now getting a new job, will this show on my record? An do i have to tell my employer?
