Does kangaroo meat (farmed in Australia) have any natural or introduced parasites or diseases to be wary of?

Is eating it raw (i.e. tartar) not recommended or hazardous?

  2. There are no problems with meat from roo meat the tail is about the only problem it can get some worm but are checked by inspectors before they are sent any were enjoy eating our mascot it is fat free also cloistral free enjoy.

  3. It is quite safe from parisites but I would still not recommend eating raw.

    Buy from a reputable shop.

    I ate raw lever and meat at the korean restaurant in Sidney and was very tasty.

    Nothing to be afraid of kangaroo meat.
