Does ki(chi) exist? If so how do i call it out?

Question

I am a really big fan of animes(dont take me wrong) i have seen allot of techniques involving ki/Chakra.

Main question:How to materialize the ki(concentration is needed) into a sphere for an example that would physically cause damage

Ki exists as i have asked myself a martial artists(or so he claimed to be)

But i really want to learn about it(no fake stuff) i want to train harder so that i can do what i have written above

Is it possible to learn techniques that involve ki and would work for real?

You will not be able to do that as it's physically impossible.

If you would want to get close, you will need to dedicate your life to training and practise breathing and meditation.

i think you watch way to much naruto. stop watching such na crappy series if you want to watch some anime at least watch somethign decent.

chi in a way is true its internaml power breathing is a good way to use it but you would learn a lot more about it in tai chi or kung fu or somethign like that.

You watch too much anime. Do you really honestly think that what is done in cartoons is possible in real life? If so, don't you think there would be more documentation... especially with the internet, video even, of it's possibility? Don't get me wrong. I'm full Asian, and I watch anime, but even I know the difference between what is possible, and what is impossible. What you see in anime is only an exaggerated form of what really exists. Chi is energy, and energy exists. If you train hard, you can channel energy through your fists and break layers of bricks, but energy is energy. It's not a visible entity and CAN NOT be thrown, only transferred through touch.

Yes it's real, but it takes decades to master. You may want to stop watching cartoons and start training in Dim Mak or Qi Gong.
